Laying the ground for agricultural sector to derive development is critical and urgent in relieving majority of poor out poverty trap. This turn calls modernization agriculture through technology adoption. The major objective study assess perception determinants adoption North Shoa zone, Amhara regional state, Ethiopia. Data were collected from 796 farming households four districts namely, Angolela Tera, Menz Gera, Minijar Shenkora Moretna Jiru. For analysis purpose, t-test binomial logistic model was employed. result indicates that likelihood adopting improved seed, chemical fertilizer irrigation higher among with age, greater years schooling, large farm size, livestock ownership many extension contacts.
